As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for managing large-scale partnerships or portfolios within the Public Sector, ideally with experience working for established consulting companies or systems integrators.

Your primary objective will be to cultivate long-term relationships with key client personnel, including C-suite executives, by developing a deep understanding of their business ambitions, drivers, and requirements. This will involve identifying opportunities for revenue growth, leveraging your expertise in strategic business objectives, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

You will work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure that our services meet clients' needs and expectations, focusing on behaviours, innovation, value for money, and other key differentiators. With an estimated annual salary of £80,000 - £100,000, depending on location and experience, you will have the opportunity to grow your career while making a meaningful impact in the industry.

In this role, you will have the chance to develop and execute business development strategies that deliver against budgeted revenue and profit targets, ensuring account success and growth. Your experience working with accounts worth over £5 million will be invaluable in identifying areas for footprint expansion or new potential relationships within the Healthcare space.
