About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at AvePoint. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales leads, pitching our award-winning software solutions to medium-sized enterprises, and managing the full sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new prospects and expand existing accounts
  • Manage complex sales cycles with a consultative sales approach
  • Plan and deliver presentations that give prospective and existing customers insights into how our solutions solve their challenges
  • Maintain an accurate and current pipeline of opportunities within the CRM system
  • Work with dedicated pre-sales engineers and other cross-functional team members to help close business
  • Communicate new product developments to prospective and existing clients
  • Attend remote and on-site meetings with clients
  • Collaborate with teams in different territories and offices
  • Handle opportunities prospected by our Account Specialist team
  • Implement and execute effective sales campaigns to ensure maximum penetration of key accounts within your territory
Requirements
  • Proven selling SaaS direct/indirect to businesses
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Experience in the software/technology industry
  • Experience with executive selling, both business and technical
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team environment
