Job Summary:

The Account and Data Executive will play a critical role in maintaining post-sales relationships with our partners, acting as the ConnectWise ambassador. This role will work closely with the Partner Success team to expand and diversify our partners' product service offerings and utilization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to partners with a high attention to detail
  • Research, analyze, and document findings to drive business growth
  • Coach and review the work of other team members to ensure success
  • Manage a list of accounts, focusing on growth partners and cultivating additional business within the partner base
  • Collaborate with other sellers to maximize account coverage and business success
  • Maintain regular contact with partners to understand their objectives, struggles, and growth projections
  • Meet sales objectives based on quota attainment and business activity
  • Work with departments to answer partners' questions and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Identify sales qualified opportunities to build expansion pipeline for the Sales teams
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with partners to drive growth and satisfaction
  • Proactively manage renewal notifications and ensure partners continue to renew agreements
  • Use forecast methodology to accurately manage existing pipeline
  • Ensure NPS/CSAT satisfaction results
Requirements:
  • Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision
  • Advanced knowledge of successful sales initiatives
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and processes
  • Provide world-class customer service while finding opportunities to position sales of new and additional products and services
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Familiar with MEDDIC/BANT Forecast Methodology
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM's
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree required in a related field or equivalent business experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Preferred: Experience with quota, account management, and technical capacities
Working Conditions:
  • Remote/Hybrid/Onsite depending on location
  • 0-10% travel may be required
