As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the wholesale strategy and business growth for our key accounts. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive account roadmaps that align with our company's overall strategy and growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to drive key account sales initiatives across individual channels
  • Manage a portfolio of wholesale accounts, building strong relationships and strategic partnerships with key wholesale customers
  • Execute a comprehensive key account roadmap that aligns with the overall company strategy and our growth plans
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and profitability goals for key accounts
  • Focus on brands and category performance from a sell-out as well as sell-in perspective to create growth opportunities for immediate revenue and long-term opportunities
  • Analyze and communicate commercial sales data and create action plans based on results
  • Work cross-functionally with wholesale operations to optimize shipping targets
  • Be the voice of the key accounts regarding assortment planning, marketing plans, in-store, and online
  • Identify new and potential growth strategies within the market and distribution
  • Demonstrate an intimate understanding of our products, vision, and business
  • Accountable for the thorough implementation of all key account-related initiatives and successful Shop In Shop projects
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive marketing strategies and initiatives
