Digital Wholesale Account Executive

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our wholesale, franchise and licensing team at AllSaints as a Junior Digital Wholesale Account Executive.
As a key member of our team, you will support the growth and partnerships of our digital wholesale accounts, focusing on driving sales, hitting revenue targets and building strong relationships with our partners.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in account management and partner relations, with a passion for fashion and a desire to take their wholesale career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of digital wholesale partner accounts
- Attend weekly and monthly business meetings with digital partners to review performances
- Contribute to market organisation, prepare business snapshots, take partner orders, and consolidate feedback
- Support new partner account setup and be accountable for the end-to-end process, liaising with the DC for compliance and shipping requirements
- Forecast and project by account to support in-season reorder business
- Manage wholesale free stock and take a proactive approach to inventory management to drive sell-through and reduce stock liability
- Compile weekly figures by account into the weekly trade document with actions and comments
- Adhere to our brand values and team ethos, 'the customer is the boss', and aim to be the favourite brand to work with for our digital wholesale partners
Requirements and Skills
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment as a junior account executive or sales administrator, preferably in the UK/EU wholesale market
- Good analytical skills
- IT proficiency, with strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure seamless cross-functional working
- Passion for the brand and the industry
- Team player
About the Location
This role is based in our East London Studios, in the vibrant Shoreditch area, with easy access to Liverpool Street Station and Shoreditch High Street.
