About the Role

The Senior Sales Director UKI will be responsible for spearheading revenue growth and developing a top-performing sales team in the UKI region. This role requires a leader with a proven track record of building, inspiring, and motivating complex matrixed sales organizations recognized for their culture and results.

The ideal candidate will have a consistent history of driving and closing large, sophisticated sales through fast sales cycles, as well as experience in building and/or leveraging indirect/channel sales models. A strong career trajectory, top performance in successive roles, and ability to understand, articulate, and lead complex sales processes are also essential.

This leadership position involves creating an organization recognized for high growth, long-term sustainable success, and capabilities to influence and work with a larger Salesforce organization. The successful candidate will drive long-term employee success with a focus on coaching, development, and building high-performance teams.

We estimate the annual salary for this role to be around £120,000-£150,000 depending on location and experience.
