About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the UKI region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by uncovering potential customers’ business needs and showcasing the value of our innovative solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to engage with executive and economic influencers across various sectors.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic and large enterprise accounts across the UK and Ireland, with a focus on new logos.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including inside sales, technical presales, partner sales, executives, and delivery teams, to leverage resources and drive sales success.
- Utilize account-based sales and marketing techniques to strengthen the sales pipeline and build strong customer relationships at the C-level.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, identifying key economic, technical, and user influencers in deals.
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced sales leader with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas of over $1m ARR annually. You should have experience orchestrating complex direct and indirect sales cycles involving multiple technical and business stakeholders, as well as a strong understanding of customer and industry business drivers.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in selling to C-Level stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and closing large enterprise software sales.
- Business acumen with experience in MEDDICC and/or Challenger sales methodologies, coupled with the discipline to follow a proven sales process from start to finish.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain a network of stakeholders.
- Experience working with strategic partners like SAP and Microsoft, and managing relationships with GSIs such as Accenture, PwC, and Deloitte.
