Sales Leader UKI/Europe

The role of Sales Leader UKI/Europe is to lead relationships with advisory firms in the UK and Europe, driving business growth and revenue targets in Insurance, Emerging, and Analytics Business Units. As a seasoned sales professional, you will develop business development plans, work closely with BU leaders, and nurture senior relationships in the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop business development plans for relevant advisory firms to achieve sales and revenue targets in Insurance, Emerging, and Analytics Business Units.
- Work closely with BU leaders in account development planning process to maximize growth potential from Advisor channel.
- Nurture senior relationships in market, constantly scanning for new opportunities and ensuring EXL is top-of-mind as Advisors advise clients on digital transformation opportunities.
- 15+ years of experience in complex solution/consultative B2B selling environment.
- Strong network of warm relationships within UKI/Europe Advisor market, particularly in the UK.
- Competitive salary of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum.
