About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our UK & Europe sales organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, leading a high-performing team, and developing strong relationships with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive business growth by leading the Start-Up / Mid Market Management business, focusing on closing inbound deals and generating outbound pipeline.
  2. Act as a player/coach, leveraging sales expertise to motivate, attract, train, and retain talent within the organisation.
  3. Develop and own all team cadences, ensuring the team learns from each other and motivates one another to achieve aggressive sales targets.
  4. Build strong executive relationships with top accounts.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally across the UK & Europe team and US sales leadership to identify points of leverage and product gaps.
Requirements
  • 5-7+ years in an Account Executive role, with a strong history of quota attainment success and increasing management experience.
  • Strong communication skills, including presentation, writing, and the ability to explain technical concepts concisely.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and engage existing teams while demonstrating clear recruitment and up-skilling new talent.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a performance-related bonus scheme.
