About the Role

We are looking for a Regional Sales Leader to spearhead our ITSM sales efforts in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ITSM market and a proven track record of success in sales leadership. This role requires empathy, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth for Jira Service Management in the UK.
  2. Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure team members achieve their targets.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the market.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company goals and objectives.
