In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of Account Managers to drive sales growth and market share in the South UK region. As a seasoned sales professional, you will work closely with customers, suppliers, and partners to identify new business opportunities and build strategic relationships.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking ownership of the sales strategy for the region and driving its implementation through coaching and support to your team
  • Providing excellent line management to the team, focusing on performance, engagement, and development
  • Partnering with the Head of Corporate Accounts to identify and execute on high-value regional accounts
  • Developing and implementing a regional business plan to drive commercial success
  • Reporting on actual vs. planned performance and making recommendations to drive continued business growth
  • Achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs for the region, including call rates and other metrics
  • Building relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders across the territory
  • Attending seminars, conferences, and events to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices


To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong background in sales management, with experience in developing new and existing markets and driving growth. You should also have a proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships with key opinion leaders and clinic owners. Additionally, you will require strong analytical and commercial acumen, as well as the ability to cultivate and execute hands-on training events compliantly and to a high standard.
