Job Description

The Regional Business Manager will lead a team of Account Managers to achieve sales targets, improve product usage, and take market share in the South UK region. This will involve developing and implementing regional business plans, partnering with key stakeholders, and driving the sales strategy forward.

Responsibilities
  1. Leading a team of Account Managers to achieve sales targets and improve product usage.
  2. Developing and implementing regional business plans to drive sales growth.
  3. Partnering with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and Head of Corporate Accounts.
  4. Driving the sales strategy forward by providing direction, coaching, and support to the team.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
  • Ability to develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience of working within the Aesthetics sector would be ideal.
  • A full driving license is essential for the position.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000, depending on experience, with additional benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
