Position: Regional Sales Director - GCS Associates

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Director to drive sales within regional Contractors and House Builders.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the regional sales office for smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Internal Sales staff.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales management within building materials or construction sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Benefits and Salary

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, plus bonus and comprehensive benefits package including pension contributions.
