Regional Sales Director

At Anglo Pacific International Plc, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales teams to success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, particularly within a B2C environment.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join our team and drive revenue growth. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for elevating team motivation, offering strategic sales knowledge, and meeting targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Infuse passion and motivation into a dynamic team of sales professionals.
- Drive your team to surpass Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Identify training needs to enhance individual and team performance.
- Utilise proven sales methods to lead your team.
- Convert leads provided by our Marketing team.
- Showcase your exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Share your knowledge of the industry and profession with your team.
- Demonstrate integrity and morality, placing customers at the core of your decision-making.
- Work simultaneously with the management team.
- Contribute to the overall success of the business.
- Maintain a positive influence on your team and in sales leadership.
To be successful in this role, you will require a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to possess a successful track record in sales management, particularly within a B2C environment.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and opportunities for career development.
