About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic sales leader to join our team in London. As Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our new business and account management teams, driving sales growth across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000-£80,000 per annum, plus hybrid working arrangements, optional gym and healthcare benefits, and participation in the company share option scheme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed regional targets
  • Lead and manage high-performing sales teams, focusing on talent development and recruitment
  • Contribute to sales process refinement through collaboration with Heads of Sales, Marketing, and Strategy
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years' experience in B2B sales management, with proven success in closing deals and hitting targets
  • Ability to attract and develop top sales talent, drive business growth, and represent the company at industry events
