Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at 101 Bloom Energy. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and sales skills.

About the Role

The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales growth in the UK region, building strong relationships with customers, and expanding our market share in the power generation industry and H2 market.

This role will also involve working closely with our Energy Transition Management and HQ Product Sales Team members to develop new business opportunities and increase penetration of our technology and solutions into the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead point of contact for customer accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements
  • Work as a sales lead for identified opportunities in the region
  • Develop full value proposition for customers on our technology and solutions
  • Interface with customers and influence them towards our technology
  • Lead internal efforts of proposal creation and development of new market opportunities
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Partner with customers to develop deals and projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 8 years work experience in sales or commercial operations
  • Strong knowledge of European energy markets, including key players, regulations, and customer requirements
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £120,000 - £150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and a minimum of 50% travel allowance.
