About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our market share in the UK.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools and support to achieve their sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales and management experience in the physical security and/or software industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a complex sales environment.
