Your Impact:
As the Regional Director for UK Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in executing market strategy and driving revenue growth in the UK. You'll lead office operations by overseeing Sales, Finance, AdOps, Supply, People, Marketing, and Admin departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a collaborative environment, driving innovation and client-focused solutions within teams.
- Leverage your network to identify new business opportunities and expand existing clients' portfolios.
- Lead, train, and mentor large teams (30+ employees) by setting clear goals and embodying company values.
- Represent RTB House at local events, showcasing our expertise in the UK market and advertising ecosystem.
- Design and implement short- and long-term business unit strategies.
- Navigate matrix company dynamics, building strong relationships with executive leadership teams.
- Report on sales performance, financial status, and budget variance to the Regional Director.
What We're Looking For:
- 15+ years of industry experience.
- 10+ years in direct sales, working in the online environment (e-commerce) in the UK market.
- 10+ years of proven team management experience (10+ individuals).
- A strong business network and C-level presentation skills.
- Knowledge of retargeting and RTB models.
- In-depth understanding of e-commerce and online advertising markets in the UK.
- Demonstrable sales forecasting and planning abilities.
- Effective relationship-building and partnership-management skills.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to drive business growth.
- Self-motivation, initiative, and high energy.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management skills.
Compensation Package:
- Competitive salary (£90,000 - £120,000 per annum), including private health insurance (Bupa), pension contribution (Aegon), generous external training budget, and gym allowance.
