Reporting to: Head of International

Protocol National Limited is seeking a Regional Director to lead the student recruitment activity across Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and extensive experience of working in a student recruitment setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement regional strategies for student recruitment, engagement, and university brand promotion.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including high schools, educational consultants, community organisations, alumni, and local government bodies.
  • Student Recruitment: Lead the recruitment strategy to attract a diverse and talented pool of students from the region.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a regional team of recruiters, coordinators, and support staff.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand regional trends, preferences, and competitors.
  • Marketing and Branding: Collaborate with the university's marketing and communications teams to create region-specific marketing campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the regional budget.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of outreach and recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or marketing within higher education.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the higher education sector.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
