Job Title: Regional Commercial Analytics Director
Job Summary:
The Regional Commercial Analytics Director will serve as an advisor to the regional and country teams within the International Commercial organization at Vertex. This role will report to the International Sr. Director of Global Insights Analytics & Commercial Operations (GIACO) and will be primarily responsible for providing analytical decision support to the Regional Leadership Teams, leveraging data and analytics to drive strategic decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics solutions to drive strategic decision making across the region.
- Partner with the International GIACO team to ensure alignment of International, Regional, and Country KPIs.
- Build data and digital literacy within the NEA region to support change management efforts.
- Ensure data quality is held to high standards across the region to enable effective and efficient reporting.
- Coordinate with countries and IHQ functions for key data, analytics, and market research initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar field and equivalent combined education.
- Strong analytical mind-set and digital agility.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to develop rapport and credibility with key stakeholders.

In this Hybrid-Eligible role, you can choose to be designated as:
1. Hybrid: work remotely up to two days per week; or select
2. On-Site: work five days per week on-site with ad hoc flexibility.
