Regional Sales Director Job Description

The Regional Sales Director will lead an accomplished team of six sellers (Account Executives & Account Managers) who sell our best-in-class Operational Reporting and Supply Chain Process Analytics solution (Angles for SAP) to new logo and existing clients across EMEA.

To exceed the team quota, drive regional growth and achieve high levels of client satisfaction, the Regional Sales Director develops appropriate strategies, provides inspirational sales leadership, and collaborates effectively with our solution engineering, marketing and customer success groups.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational reporting and data analytics with exposure to the SAP domain, and experience managing sales teams and an existing book of customers, alongside new business generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the regional territory plan and develop strategies to exceed the team quota
  • Provide inspirational sales leadership and collaborate with solution engineering, marketing and customer success groups
  • Manage a team of six sellers (Account Executives & Account Managers) who sell our best-in-class Operational Reporting and Supply Chain Process Analytics solution (Angles for SAP)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive regional growth and achieve high levels of client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Accomplished B2B sales leader with experience selling Analytics/ERP solutions (SAP)
  • In-depth knowledge of the SAP ecosystem and analytics
  • KPI-focused, engaging presence, authentic, and the drive and adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-performance, and rapidly evolving environment
