Regional Sales Director

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Field Sales team in driving growth and results through new and existing business. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a regional business plan, managing a team of Field Sales Professionals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a regional business plan to drive growth and results
* Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Professionals to achieve sales and team performance targets
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement across people, process, strategy, and delivery models
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to create an environment of trust, support, and collaboration
Requirements:
* Proven experience in leading a team of Field Sales Professionals and driving growth and results
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and implement business plans
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
