Regional Sales Director Opportunity
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's most successful independently owned estate agency groups as a Regional Sales Director. You will be initially responsible for multiple locations plus further acquisition and new office openings.
You must be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering growth in an estate agency business and meet the high personal standards this role requires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage personal diary
- Undertake observations on meetings and provide documented feedback to the manager
- Adhere to and actively implement all elements of the company
- Create a performance culture in your part of the business through Performance Review Meetings and League Table generation
- Proactively recruit quality staff for your own operation and the company
- Mentor and develop staff to retain and improve top performers through regular career reviews and mentoring meetings
- Manage performance consistently through 1-1 performance review meetings
- Drive daily Client Visit generation to exceed required minimum standards
- Actively ensure you grow market share in your coverage area regardless of market conditions while meeting all financial targets
- Run weekly conference calls for Negotiators and Managers to monitor performance and give recognition rewards to top performers
- Issue a results grid following the call to update staff on results and recognise top performers
- Achieve required levels of FS appointments and mortgage/protection sign-ups for the FS advisor team in your area
- Ensure managers are fully prepared for periodic reviews & budget meetings with company directors
- Ensure Clients are contacted weekly in line with Client contact policy
