ROLE SUMMARY

The Regional Sales Director will oversee a team of Enterprise Account Executives responsible for driving business growth across the UK region. This role will focus on developing and executing a regional sales strategy, building a robust sales pipeline, and working closely with partners to drive adoption of Harness software and services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales plan
  • Accelerate customer adoption and retention
  • Build and grow a robust sales pipeline
  • Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
  • Lead contract negotiations and develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Ensure customer happiness and success
  • Recruit and build a high-performing sales team in the UK region
  • Travel throughout the UK to meet with customers and partners

ABOUT YOU

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales leadership, building and leading high-performance sales teams
  • Proven track record of overachieving in previous roles
  • Experience in a start-up environment and working with sales-oriented tracking tools
  • Strong Enterprise Sales and strategic customer development experience
  • Experience practicing and implementing a sales methodology, such as MEDDPIC
  • History of closing large, complex deals across verticals in the Fortune 500
  • Accurate forecasting and business reporting skills
