Regional Sales Director

ROLE SUMMARY
The Regional Sales Director will oversee a team of Enterprise Account Executives responsible for driving business growth across the UK region. This role will focus on developing and executing a regional sales strategy, building a robust sales pipeline, and working closely with partners to drive adoption of Harness software and services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales plan
- Accelerate customer adoption and retention
- Build and grow a robust sales pipeline
- Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
- Lead contract negotiations and develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
- Ensure customer happiness and success
- Recruit and build a high-performing sales team in the UK region
- Travel throughout the UK to meet with customers and partners
ABOUT YOU
- At least 3 years of experience in sales leadership, building and leading high-performance sales teams
- Proven track record of overachieving in previous roles
- Experience in a start-up environment and working with sales-oriented tracking tools
- Strong Enterprise Sales and strategic customer development experience
- Experience practicing and implementing a sales methodology, such as MEDDPIC
- History of closing large, complex deals across verticals in the Fortune 500
- Accurate forecasting and business reporting skills
