Regional Commercial Analytics Associate Director, NEAD

Position Summary:

The Regional Commercial Analytics Associate Director will serve as an advisor to the regional and country teams within the International Commercial organization. This role will be responsible for providing analytical decision support to the Regional Leadership Teams, leveraging data and analytics to drive business growth and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in a similar field.

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and performance.
  • Collaborate with regional and country teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans.
  • Provide analytical support to the Regional Leadership Teams, leveraging data and analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar field and equivalent combined education.
  • Strong analytical mind-set: demonstrated analytical approach to understand the impact of the way data and reporting is interpreted and utilised for decision making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - fluent in verbal and written English.

In this Hybrid-Eligible role, you can choose to be designated as:
1. Hybrid: work remotely up to two days per week; On-Site: work five days a week on-site with ad hoc flexibility.
