The Regional Director role presents a unique opportunity to drive high-visibility, high-impact projects at a transformative time for our company. AS A REGIONAL DIRECTOR YOU WILL:



  2. Develop a deep understanding of our product to provide guidance on selling, navigating complex legal negotiations, eliminating technical barriers, and managing escalations.
  3. Manage and hire a team of leaders and individual contributors that fit our profile for success.
  4. Enable, coach, develop, and motivate a robust field sales team.
  5. Scale and develop territories by planning strategically and effectively assigning accounts.
  6. Navigate complex legal negotiations and eliminate technical barriers.
  7. Ensure event success by collaborating with marketing efforts and being accountable for attendance.
  8. Accelerate Time to Capacity Agreement: Ensure execution during sales cycle.
  9. Ensure customers are set up for success and are consuming our product effectively.
  10. Manage weekly forecast meetings with the UK Country Manager & EMEA SVP Sales.
  11. Develop an in-region partner network (i.e. SIs and Ecosystem partners like Tableau, AWS, Microsoft, Google, etc.).

AS A REGIONAL DIRECTOR, YOU WILL HAVE:



  2. Extensive experience building and managing teams of leaders and individual contributors.
  3. Extensive experience in the Financial Services market (Banking, Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management).
  4. The ability to manage and motivate the team and drive them to success.
  5. Pro-active, independent mindset with high energy and a positive attitude.
  6. Ability to think strategically and understand the 'bigger picture' along with the business drivers around it.
