Daikin Group is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Director HVAC to join our team.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to lead our commercial heating and cooling sales efforts in the region. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and collaborating with our branch teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain and improve sales revenue and gross margin through effective account management and sales forecasting.
  • Collaborate with branch managers and their teams to increase sales within the assigned branches within the territory.
  • Recruit new dealers through prospecting using B2B sales processes.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience preferably within the HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently recruiting new dealers through prospecting using B2B sales processes.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills with the ability to generate new business through negotiating and carrying out a sales plan.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

The estimated salary for this role is $95,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market conditions.
