We are seeking an exceptional sales leader to join our team at Grantify UK. As UK Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading high-performing teams, and developing scalable sales strategies.

Responsibilities- Drive Revenue Growth: Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the UK market.
- Lead High-Performing Teams: Foster a culture of excellence by empowering Regional Heads of Growth (RHOGs) and Account Managers to achieve their individual and team KPIs.
- Develop Scalable Sales Strategies: Create and implement plans that streamline customer acquisition and retention.
- Provide Inspirational Leadership: Coach and develop your team, ensuring they have the tools and skills to succeed.
- Extensive experience in leading sales teams, ideally within B2B environments.
- Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Expertise in developing and implementing scalable sales strategies.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics.
- A track record of coaching and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Competitive Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
