We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join Magnitude Consulting as our new Sales Director for Enterprise Solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals, shaping the future of enterprise sales in the UK.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience leading high-performing enterprise sales teams in a technology or financial services environment. Proven success in growing and managing teams while delivering significant revenue growth is essential.
A strong strategic thinker with the ability to design and execute sales strategies, you will also possess hands-on leadership skills with a focus on driving the team to meet and exceed goals.
You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for our digital core banking, OTC derivatives, and treasury solutions. You will lead and mentor a team of 5 Enterprise Account Executives, ensuring alignment with our client's sales objectives and creating a high-performance sales culture focused on achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 Enterprise Account Executives, ensuring alignment with our client's sales objectives. Create a high-performance sales culture focused on achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for our digital core banking, OTC derivatives, and treasury solutions.
- New Business Development: Identify high-value prospects within the UK market, including banks, fintech companies, and financial institutions. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring the team targets the right opportunities for business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Sales Leadership Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience leading high-performing enterprise sales teams in a technology or financial services environment.
- Individual Sales Experience: At least 10 years of experience as an individual contributor in sales, with a strong track record of success in selling complex solutions to enterprise clients.
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the financial services sector, including digital core banking, OTC, and treasury solutions.
- Strategic & Hands-On Leadership: Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to design and execute sales strategies. Hands-on leadership style with a focus on driving the team to meet and exceed goals.
