Business Development Sales Executive

We are recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join our team in the Southampton area. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in assisting in the achievement of branch sales, profit and customer service targets.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in outbound sales, with the ability to exceed expectations within their team while hitting targets and providing excellent customer service to our strong portfolio of customers.
Key Responsibilities- Making outbound sales calls daily to generate repeat orders and maximize sales and margin through range extensions and own brand promotions.
- Growing and developing new and lapsed accounts within defined portfolios against targets, working closely with other sales staff to achieve maximum potential.
- Studying reports, completing gap analysis on customer accounts, and reviewing customer trends to identify ways to increase sales and margin.
As an Internal Sales Executive with Staffline Operations, you can expect:
- An estimated salary of up to £26,819 per annum, plus bonus.
- A permanent full-time role with fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, with a total of 37 hours per week.
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing to 33 days after 5 years' service, with the option to buy up to 5 additional days per year.
