Senior Sales Business Development Lead

De Lacy Executive is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Business Development Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth in the UK bovine genetic sector.
In this role, you will work closely with our team to identify opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and provide expert advice on genetic recommendations. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with experience in developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
