About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned sales strategist to lead our UK sales function and drive business growth. As our Sales Strategy Leader UK, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that meet and exceed targets. You will work closely with our marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive team performance by empowering Regional Heads of Growth (RHOGs) and Account Managers to achieve their individual and team KPIs.
  • Leverage data for insights using CRM tools and analytics to monitor and enhance sales performance while identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate across teams to align sales initiatives with campaigns and deliver seamless client onboarding.

  • A strategic leader with a proven track record of delivering exceptional sales results.
  • A data-savvy decision-maker, using CRM tools and analytics to inform and optimise strategy.
  • A customer-first professional, dedicated to building lasting relationships and delivering value.

What We Offer:
  • An estimated salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
