Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader to join our team in UKI London. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team and driving revenue growth in the region.

About the Role:

The Regional Sales Director is a critical role that requires a proven track record of success in sales leadership. You will be responsible for hiring, managing, and mentoring a team of Account Executives to achieve individual and team quota. You will also be responsible for conducting weekly forecast meetings, reporting on sales activity and forecast to the RVP of Enterprise EMEA, and consistently monitoring the sales activity of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team quota
  • Hire, manage, and mentor a team of Account Executives
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings with the sales team
  • Report on sales activity and forecast to the RVP of Enterprise EMEA
  • Monitor sales activity and results
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in directly leading a high-performing sales team within a sales environment
  • Proven experience in working in an indirect sales model is mandatory
  • Experience of leading, coaching, and developing account executives
  • Successful track record in a high-volume transaction sales environment
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of £120,000 - £180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
