Job Overview:

Agility Resoucing is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our HR team as an HR Generalist. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in HR, working closely with our dedicated HR team.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in an office environment, ideally in a similar role or within HR, and will possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of HR policy and law is essential, along with IT literacy and Microsoft Office knowledge.

This is a full-time contracted position with a salary range of £19,000-£23,000 based on ability and experience. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for assisting the HR Administrator, liaising with the HR Manager, responding to general enquiries, taking notes and gathering information, contacting applicants and arranging interviews, and distributing employment offers and redundancy letters.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Providing administrative support to the HR team
  2. Updating employee records and ensuring accuracy
  3. Liaising with the HR Manager to schedule meetings between line managers and HR staff
  4. Responding to general enquiries regarding payroll, benefits and holiday calculations
  5. Taking notes during meetings and gathering information for reports
  6. Contacting applicants and arranging interviews for new starters
  7. Distributing employment offers, redundancy letters and similar documentation to staff
