About the Role

What You'll Be Doing

You will support HR Transformation projects and the HR Modernisation journey by implementing strategic changes, enhancing HR processes, and ensuring successful adoption and engagement across all shared services employees.

  • You will provide operational advice on a wide range of people issues, including employee relations and organisational matters.
  • Assisting HR Business Partners in delivering tailored people solutions that align with business goals.
  • Support business leaders with strategic HR guidance by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and synergy across shared services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Broad generalist HR experience with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience of collaborating with senior business leaders, providing strategic input and advice.
  • Proficient in HR data analysis, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights.
  • Expertise in assessing change impact and implementing change effectively across the organisation.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Human Resources / associate membership of the CIPD or working towards would be advantageous.
