Agility Resourcing is seeking a skilled Generalist HR Administrator to join our team in Preston.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled administrator to provide generalist HR administration and advisory support along the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy environment and possess excellent communication skills.

The role involves supporting the HR department in maintaining accurate employee records, producing contractual correspondence, and managing outsourced HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR department in maintaining accurate employee records
  • Produce contractual correspondence, reports, forms, and other documents
  • Promptly respond to information requests in accordance with HR policy and procedure
  • Manage outsourced HR system
  • Support managers with effective recruitment and selection campaigns
  • Process all HR aspects of payroll
  • Deliver Health & Safety policy and procedures
  • Review and update policies in line with current legislation and best practice

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Highly skilled administrator with experience working in a busy environment
  • Able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels
  • Proven ability to multitask
  • Relevant working knowledge of HR best practice, employment law, and policies
  • Able to work to deadlines and prioritise a varied workload

Considering industry standards and location, we estimate the annual salary range for this role to be £24,000 - £29,000.
