Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR professional to join our team as an HR Manager at Agility Resoucing. This part-time opportunity will provide the chance to work with a dedicated team in a rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance on HR matters to management and staff, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Review and update HR procedures to align with employment legislation, promoting a fair and equitable workplace.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary procedures, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Support managers in performance management and development initiatives, fostering a culture of growth and improvement.
  • Manage the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Coordinate training and development activities for staff and management, enhancing skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and handle administrative tasks efficiently, providing timely support to the team.
Requirements:
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience, demonstrating expertise in human resources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, ensuring effective communication and documentation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting the success of Agility Resoucing.
