Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled administrator to support our HR department in Preston.
This role involves providing generalist HR administration and advisory support along the employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the HR Advisor and Finance Director to maintain accurate employee records and produce contractual correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the HR department
- Produce contractual correspondence, reports, forms, and other documents
- Maintain accurate employee files and records
- Promptly respond to information requests in accordance with HR policy and procedure
- Manage outsourced HR system
- Support managers with effective recruitment and selection campaigns
- Process all HR aspects of payroll
- Deliver Health & Safety policy and procedures
- Review and update policies in line with current legislation and best practice
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Highly skilled administrator with experience working in a busy environment
- Able to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels
- Proven ability to multitask
- Relevant working knowledge of HR best practice, employment law, and policies
- Able to work to deadlines and prioritise a varied workload
Based on industry standards, we estimate the annual salary range for this role to be £25,000 - £30,000.
