Administrative Support Coordinator for HMCTS

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team based in Preston.
About the RoleThis is a full-time temporary position with the possibility of extension, offering a competitive hourly rate of £11.59.
As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the admin team, including general administrative duties, answering telephone inquiries, attending public counter, dealing with fees, and balancing at the end of the day.
You will also be responsible for drafting judge's orders, lodging documents on court files, dealing with correspondence, court clerking, and handling face-to-face, telephone, and email inquiries from court users.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the admin team, including general administrative duties, answering telephone inquiries, attending public counter, dealing with fees, and balancing at the end of the day.

To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
