Creative Support is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill the role of Support and Enablement Coordinator in our Preston Intensive Support Service.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. As a Support and Enablement Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing outcome-focused support to enable clients to lead fulfilling and valued lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective service delivery and meet client needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in on-call arrangements to provide 24/7 support
  • Administer medication as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle for travel within the Preston area
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including:
