About the Role

We are seeking a Support Coordinator to join our team in Preston, Lancashire. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to supporting individuals with learning disabilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, using their initiative and problem-solving skills to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • To promote the independence of individuals and enable them to lead fulfilling lives
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users

What We Offer:
