Lead Nurse Role Opportunity

Smartcall Healthcare is looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team as a Night Co-ordinator, providing leadership and coordination of patient care in our behavioural care and specialist support services.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated nurse to develop their skills and experience, working closely with the ward manager to support staff wellbeing and development.

We offer £45,194 per year (based on 37.5 hours), fully funded NMC Registration, return to practice support, free parking, investment in CPD, and regular staff appreciation events to support your career growth and well-being.

Responsibilities
  1. To complete initial assessments, document patient needs, and implement programs of care from admission through to discharge or transfer.
  2. To work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and stay up-to-date with clinical best practices.
  3. To collaborate with the ward manager to identify individual patient needs and plan appropriate care.
  4. Fully funded NMC Registration, return to practice support, free parking, investment in CPD, and regular staff appreciation events are available to support your career growth and well-being.
