About this Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team at HMP Preston. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that will allow you to develop your existing healthcare skills and learn something new every day.

As a Band 5/6 Practice Nurse, you will work Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week, providing face-to-face care and safe and effective health assessments and treatment of patients within the establishment.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic individual who shares our commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. If you have previous experience as a practice nurse and hold a valid NMC registration, we encourage you to apply.

Please note that desirable qualifications include Spirometry - Diploma / Module, Respiratory - Diploma / Module, and Prescribing. While not essential, ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community, or prison environment.
