Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner (RMN, OT, SW) with HCPC registration to lead our team in delivering exceptional care to children and families.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a defined caseload, conducting holistic assessments, and providing therapy services grounded in evidence-based practices.

Job Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, occupational therapy)
  • HCPC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Social Worker (SW)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with children and families in a mental health setting
  • Excellent clinical skills and a strong understanding of mental health issues affecting children and adolescents
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with diverse stakeholders
  • Autonomous professional responsibility for assessment, treatment, and discharge of children, young people, and their families/carers

Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum
