Case Management Specialist for Family Violence

Berry Street's Northern Specialist Family Violence Service is seeking an experienced Case Management Specialist to provide a specialist case management response to up to 10 victim survivors and their children in the Northern Metro Melbourne sub-region.

In this role, you will assess family violence risk, work intensively with victim survivors and their children to set and achieve goals, engage with key service providers, and participate in family violence capacity building, secondary consultation, family violence training, and attendance at networks. This position is based in Preston with a mix of in-office and remote work.

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum Bachelor level qualification in Social Work or equivalent qualifications/experience in the family violence sector. You will also require experience in working with diverse backgrounds who have experienced family violence and comprehensive risk assessments.
