At Leaders in Care, we strive to deliver exceptional care services to our clients. As a Community Complex Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive high-quality, person-centered care in the comfort of their own homes.
As an experienced RGN Qualified Nurse, you will possess excellent clinical skills and a passion for delivering complex care to individuals with diverse needs. Your expertise will be invaluable in managing a caseload of clients, conducting assessments, and developing personalized care plans.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- RGN qualification and experience in complex care.
- Excellent clinical skills, including PEG feeds, ventilators, and tracheostomy management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Salary: £38,000 - £44,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Bonus potential: up to £6,000 per year (based on performance targets). Comprehensive benefits package, including pension, annual leave, and professional development opportunities.
