Nurse Education Lead

This is an exciting secondment opportunity to work with LSCFT's Culture of Care Project Lead to support all inpatient teams participating in NHS England's two-year Culture of Care Programme.
You will be responsible for assessing student nurses on pre-reg courses in practice within the last 12 months.
This role requires experience of teaching, learning, and assessing, as well as experience of teaching in classroom settings.
Essential Requirements- On-going relevant professional registration
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development that supports clinical practice
- Post registration mental health nursing experience
- Current/recent clinical experience
You will need to demonstrate excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills, as well as a willingness to undergo training to support the development of the role.
