Salary & BenefitsThe salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, based on full-time shifts inclusive of 8 sleeps per month.
We offer a range of benefits, including:
- A £500 sign-up bonus
- A £1000 refer-a-friend bonus (paid in two instalments)
- Time and a half for overtime (after 173 hours)
- Uncapped sleep allowances
- Mileage allowance
- Three free meals per day while working
This exciting opportunity is for a Childcare and Education Lead to join our team at one of our residential care homes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and educational well-being.
Your duties will include:
- Providing individualised care plans and supporting the daily needs of our young people
- Encouraging participation in activities and promoting independence
- Collaborating with external stakeholders and our multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless support
You will work closely with our experienced staff team to provide a nurturing environment, promote positive relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our service.
Requirements & QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification
- 12 months' experience working in a residential setting (desirable)
- A full UK driving licence
