**Job Overview:**

Therapeutic Care Ltd is a leading provider of therapeutic care for children and young people looked after. We are seeking an experienced Residential Childcare Worker to take on a Team Leader role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in managing the home, implementing policies, maintaining records, and fostering the growth and development of junior staff.

**Key Requirements:**

  • 1 year experience in Residential Childcare
  • Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People Workforce or equivalent
  • Full UK Driving Licence

**Salary and Benefits:**

  • £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
  • Sleep-in rate: £60 per sleep
  • Overtime paid at £1 extra
