We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Outcomes First Group.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will lead a team of Occupational Therapists and Speech and Language Therapists, providing specialist services in Oakfield House.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced clinician to take on a leadership role, overseeing the delivery of high-quality services and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a proven track record of leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of clinicians, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed
- Develop and implement service plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Maintain high standards of clinical practice, adhering to relevant policies and procedures
- Contribute to the development of new services and initiatives, driving innovation and excellence
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
